The reality of serving as clergy in a senior community is that of all the Jewish Life Cycle ceremonies, funerals are the ones done most often.  As a rabbi and a cantor I have performed far more funerals than I can count, either as the sole officiate or co-officiate.  And as the only rabbi in our community of 10,000 I am called upon to serve the unaffiliated as well as those who are members of Beit HaLev.  I have travelled all over Southern California to conduct funerals, sharing services with Masonic organizations and US Military.  My services are respectful and compassionate; I strive to give the bereaved a lasting memory of their loved one that will be cherished throughout their lives.
